The NOCTA x Nike Zoom Drive “Black” is a collaboration by Drake and Nike on a black-based colorway of the retro sneaker. Before it was reissued with the help of Drake in 2024, the Nike Zoom Drive was originally designed by Tinker Hatfield and released in 1999 as part of the “Alpha Project.” On the “Black” colorway, the shoe has a mostly all-black look, with a black ballistic mesh, ripstop nylon, and leather construction. A white TPU overlay on the midsole, as well as white laces and a white Swoosh on the toe contrast the shoe’s stealthy, all-black look.
