Nike LDWaffle Sacai x Clot - Cool Grey Mens

The Clot x Sacai x Nike LDWaffle “Cool Grey” is the second colorway released from the three-way collaboration. China-based label Clot helped Sacai color up the latter’s popular LDWaffle silhouette, now famous for its “doubled up” design that combines elements of two vintage Nike running shoes, the LDV and Waffle Trainer. Going for a decidedly more toned-down look than the trio’s initial LDWaffle in “Orange Blaze,” the “Cool Grey” edition features a predominantly grey upper with accents in blue-grey and light grey. The second tongue also adds a pop of color in green nylon, as does the dual Nike and Sacai logo (with an added Clot logo stamp in blue) on each heel. Subtle white speckling on the light grey midsole and a gum rubber outsole complete the clean look. This “Cool Grey” edition also differs from all previous releases of the LDWaffle—by Clot or not—by utilizing seamless Hyperfuse panels on the upper for the lace eyestays, toe panels, and Swooshes.
