The Nike Air Trainer SC High “Kansas City Royals” is a colorway of Bo Jackson’s former signature training shoe inspired by his time as an outfielder with the Kansas City MLB team. After starring for the Auburn Tigers college football team in the mid-1980s, Bo went on to achieve similar success in the NFL with the then-Los Angeles Raiders and in Major League Baseball as an outfielder on the Kansas City Royals. The “Royals” colorway pays tribute to Bo’s time with the team. The upper features a perforated blue leather construction with a dark blue leather overlay on the forefoot. Grey nylon straps with contrast white stitching anchor the eyelet panel. A black leather Swoosh appears on either side of the shoe, and debossed “NIKE” branding is found on the heel counter.
