The Nike Air Max 270 “University Red” is a monochromatic red colorway of the modern shoe inspired by Nike’s Air Max 180 and Air Max 93 models. The “University Red’s” snug sock-like build is loosely drawn from the Air Max 180’s mesh and suede appearance. The 270’s large Air bubble in the heel is a dramatized take on the Air Max 93’s 270-degree Air cushioning unit. As for the rest of the shoe, the entire upper is finished off in a fiery University Red material that is both lightweight and breathable.
