Nike Air Huarache Hyper Grape Mens

The Nike Air Huarache “Hyper Grape” is a modern reissue of an original colorway of the retro running shoe originally from 1991. Created by legendary footwear designer Tinker Hatfield, the Air Huarache turned 30 years old in 2021, and to celebrate the occasion, Nike brought back many of its most popular colorways, most of which were originally released back in ‘91, like the “Hyper Grape.” A one-to-one remake of the original “Hyper Grape,” the shoe features white synthetic leather overlays, a white mesh toe, and a Hyper Grape neoprene base. The plastic heel counter is finished off in black on the sides and purple on the heel. A square white patch on the tongue with purple “Nike Air Huarache” branding is consistent with the original branding found on early Air Huaraches, which gives the shoe a vintage look.
