Nike Air Flight Huarache Lakers Away Mens

The Nike Air Flight Huarache "Lakers Away" is a colorway of the retro basketball shoe that was originally worn by Kobe Bryant before the Basketball Hall of Famer officially signed with Nike. After ending his contract with adidas in the early 2000s, Bryant was an unsigned free agent during the 2002-03 NBA season before agreeing to a shoe contract with Nike. In the time before signing with The Swoosh, Bryant wore several classic Nike basketball shoes in Los Angeles Lakers colors, including the “Lakers Away” Air Flight Huarache. The shoe was reissued by Nike as a true one-to-one remake based on Bryant’s original Player Exclusive version. The shoe has a black synthetic nubuck construction with a Varsity Purple and Del Sol neoprene inner bootie. A black molded heel cage provides stability for the wearer’s foot. “Nike Air Huarache” branding is found on the tongue. A black foam midsole completes the look of this legendary basketball shoe.
