The Air Jordan 5 “Satin” is a premium makeover of the fifth Michael Jordan signature shoe that released during fall 2018. After using it on other Jordans, the Jordan Brand applied the satin construction to the Air Jordan 5 for the first time. The impressive rendition features shiny black satin covering the upper with a speckled red midsole for a twist on the classic Chicago Bulls color scheme. The construction of the Air Jordan 5 “Satin” includes two of the silhouette's most classic details: a reflective silver tongue and a clear rubber outsole. “Recognize” and “Greatness” are inscribed on the patches on the inside of each tongue.
