The A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 4 “Violet Ore” is a collaboration between the upscale clothing and sneaker boutique and Jordan Brand on Michael Jordan’s fourth signature shoe. Over the last few years, A Ma Maniére has been one of the most influential and highly regarded sneaker collaborators in the footwear industry. Headed up by James Whitner, the high end boutique brings a luxury approach to design with its projects with Jordan. On the “Violet Ore,” A Ma Maniére updates the Jordan 4 with a pale purple nubuck upper with tonal netting on the tongue and mid-panel. The lace “nets” and “wings” are also rendered in the same Violet Ore hue as the base. “Nike Air” branding appears on the black heel counter and A Ma Maniére and Jordan Brand logos are found on the tongue.
