The Air Jordan 11 Low IE “Bred 2021” is an original colorway of the low-top version of Michael Jordan’s eleventh signature shoe that returned to near-original-form in September 2021. For the first time since its original release back in 1996, the Jordan 11 Low IE “Bred” returned with its original design largely intact, save for a few minor modifications found on the modern version of the shoe. Like the OG, the 2021 version of the “Bred” is complete with a black synthetic nubuck mudguard that does away with the elephant print found on previous releases of the shoe from back in 2003 and 2011. The rest of the look is consistent with the original with black leather on the upper and breathable black mesh on both sides—a design applied to the Jordan 11 Low IE by its creator, Tinker Hatfield, to enhance the sneaker’s wearability in the summer months. A red Jumpman is embroidered on the black tumbled leather tongue and a red sockliner contrasts the predominantly all-black upper. Jordan Brand mimics the look of the original “Bred’s” translucent outsole by doing away with the smoky grey outsole found on previous releases. Release date: September 17, 2021 Bred 2021
